Sales conditions

  • Sales of all NEW firearms are covered by a minimum ONE-YEAR factory warranty – except where  specified otherwise

  •  Faulty goods still under warranty will be repaired free of charge  - with all sales backed up by superior after sales service. If a problem is experienced please contact Magnum Imports NZ Ltd before returning the item. No used goods can be returned for financial payment.

  • Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced. 

What does each order status mean

Pending (New Order) - Order has been created and staff members are checking availaibilty  before asking for payment before any further action will be taken.

Processing (See order notes) - Goods are available to be supplied and a Payment transaction has been arranged (bank transfer, Cash or Credit Card). Payment may or may have not cleared and the order hasnt been shipped yet.

Order Complete & Dispatched - Order has been paid for and dispatched. sometimes this step is undertaken some tiem after goods have been sent, as a process to close off old orders still showing processing..

Declined (See order notes) - Order has been declined. More information may be available in the order notes.

Failed Fraud Review - Payment for the order has failed external/internal fraud review.

Cancelled - Order has been cancelled. Reasons for order cancellation should show in your order notes. Please note that new orders which have not been paid for within a certain time scale may automatically be cancelled.
